| Yoga Under the Trees Sundays at 9:00 a.m. • Koreshan State Park, Estero Start your Sunday morning with Yoga Under the Trees — a gentle outdoor practice beneath the live oaks of Koreshan State Park that blends mindful flow and guided meditation. Come breathe under the Spanish moss, move at your own pace, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself. All levels are welcome. When 9:00 a.m. Please arrive by 8:45 a.m. so we can settle in, and begin together. Where we meet Koreshan State Park, 3800 Corkscrew Road, Estero, FL 33928. - Enter Koreshan State Park through the main entrance and drive through the ranger station. - Take your first right, following the signs for the Historic Settlement. - Keep going until you reach the parking lot — park here. - From the parking lot, walk toward the wide, straight path that runs through the center of the settlement towards a big yellow house. - Just past it — also on your right — is the historic bakery. - Our practice space is the grassy area on your left, directly across from the bakery. Park entry — please read The park charges an entrance fee, paid to Koreshan State Park when you arrive. It is separate from your class price: $5 per vehicle (2 to 8 people), $4 for a single-occupant vehicle, and $2 for pedestrians and bicyclists. Please allow a few extra minutes for entry and parking. What to bring - Your yoga mat - Plenty of water - Sunscreen, and insect repellent if you are sensitive to bites - A towel or light blanket to place beneath your mat if the grass is damp - Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in, with light layers on cooler mornings - An open heart If the weather turns Our practice lives outdoors. If heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe weather is expected, class will be cancelled. The decision is made by 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, and everyone signed up will receive an email — please check your inbox before you leave home. If class is cancelled, nothing is lost: a single-class booking becomes a credit toward a future Sunday, and a cancelled class is never taken from a class pack.
